Rules, terms and conditions for booking and residence:
- The Availability request for a stay at B&B La Bella Giuliana can be made through the Booking Form on this site. We will reply to the request in a timely fashion and in case of confirmation, instructions for booking.
- Payment: to confirm the reservation we kindly ask a prepayment of 30% by bank transfer or by credit card (accepted: Visa and Mastercard), and the balance in cash or by credit card on arrival.
- Documents: upon arrival you must present an identity card for each guest, to allow the registration according to law. In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by at least one parent or be accompanied by an appropriate signed authorization
- Check-in: the rooms will be available after 12.00 p.m. Anyway the estimated arrival time must be notified in advance in order to enable us to ensure our presence at the moment of the arrival. In the event that the arrival time will not be communicated the check-in will take place from 07.30 p.m. to 09.00 p.m.
- Check-out: rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am.
- Reduction: 10% on a long stay of at least 7 nights or more;
- Children from 0 to 3 years: free;
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking: We are sorry, but smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
- Transfer to and / or to the airport, only on request and at an additional cost.
- Breakfast and tidying rooms: Unless otherwise agreed, the breakfast will be served from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. The cleaning and the tidying of the rooms will be made every day after the breakfast from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. Linen chiange every three days.
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the disclosure has to be sent in a writing form. We will make every effort to replace the booking but in the event that we are unable to do so the following charges will be made on the card:
- Cancellation received 15 days before the confirmed arrival date are not subjected to penalty. If a prepayment has been made it will be refunded.
- Cancellations received during the 14 days preceding the arrival are subjected to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total projected room cost.
- No show 100% of the projected room cost will be charged if the visitors fail to arrive.
- Early departure: Any changes must be promptly notified before the arrival; during the stay if the customer decides to leave early before the date established, the full amount of the booking agreement is due.
- Inability to accept the booking: if the B&B La Bella Giuliana is forced to cancel the reservation for reasons of force majeure, in agreement with the customer it will attempt to find an alternative solution of the same class, if this is not possible, the amount paid on account will be returned.
